Google Dating & Companionship Ads Policy
Since Google announced the Dating & Companionship Ads certification, HubPeople has been working behind the scenes to streamline the approval process and make it as efficient as possible for our partners.
We’ve submitted multiple accounts—both mainstream and adult—for approval, learning from both successful applications and rejections. By analysing Google’s feedback and making the necessary adjustments, we’ve been able to get previously rejected accounts approved without any traffic loss or shutdowns.
To support your certification process, we have:
- Set up test user accounts for each brand, allowing Google to log in and review your site.
- Created boilerplate responses for key application questions, including those related to user matches.
To access your brand’s test user credentials, please contact your account manager, at gcert@hubpeople.ai. Additionally, as announced on the 2nd, Google has extended the certification deadline to April 9th, and aggregator sites are now permitted (with some restrictions).
Important Note: The processes we’ve followed have helped us successfully pass certification, but approval is ultimately dependent on Google’s review of your specific landing pages, ads, and overall compliance. While we’ve done everything possible to streamline the process, we cannot guarantee that every partner will be approved.
