Role: CRM Manager (full time)

The Role
We build unique, niche dating platforms that bring communities together in meaningful, fun, and adventurous ways. Our apps thrive on creativity, genuine connections, and highly engaged members—and we’re looking for someone just as passionate to elevate that experience even further.
As our CRM Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end member communication journey across our platforms. From email and push notifications to in-app messaging, you’ll design and deliver thoughtful, data-driven campaigns that delight members, spark activity, and deepen long-term engagement. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our communities connect with our brands every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns across emails, notifications, and in-app interactions.
- Monitor user engagement, segment audiences, and personalise messaging to maximise relevance and impact.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and community teams to design campaigns tailored to our niche audiences.
- Analyse performance data and member feedback to continuously improve campaigns and engagement strategies.
- Maintain CRM systems, ensuring data quality, compliance, and smooth automation workflows.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas for messaging, content, and engagement tactics.
- Stay on top of trends in digital engagement, niche communities, and dating app behaviour.
Skill & Experience
- Highly creative with some design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Stripo, or similar tools).
- Proven experience managing CRM systems and software (e.g., Mailgun).
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, and user engagement strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into action.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills and ability to work closely with the Development team.
- Passionate, extremely open-minded, and comfortable working in fast-paced, innovative environments.
Desirable
- Ability to speak any of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German.
- Experience in dating, social, or niche community platforms.
- Familiarity with personalisation tools and behavioural marketing.
